How to use

The nasal inhaler is easy and discreet to use – perfect for providing a fresh and cleansing sensation when you need it.

1. Open the inhaler by gently unscrewing the lid.
2. Hold the inhaler close under the nose – without inserting it into the nostrils.
3. Gently move it from side to side in a soft motion while inhaling the scent through your nose.
4. For a more focused experience, close one nostril with a finger and take a calm, deep breath through the open nostril.
   – Repeat as needed with the other nostril.

Recommendation for safe use

• For external use only – the inhaler is intended to be sniffed at the nostrils. It should never be ingested or used inside the nose.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not use on children under 3 years of age. The strong menthol vapor may be too strong for small airways.
• Store the product fully intact. The inhaler contains concentrated menthol crystals and must not be opened, crushed or punctured.
• If the product is damaged, discard it immediately. Direct contact with the crystals can irritate skin and mucous membranes.
• Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds. If this happens, rinse immediately with water.
