1. Right of complaint

2. Reimbursement

3. Right of withdrawal

90 days of full return on goods purchased on the website (when you trade with us as a consumer) unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 90-day period starts the day the order is delivered. The desire for regret must be communicated to us within 90 days of delivery and then returned to us for the past 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

You have to pay for the package to be returned and you are liable if an injury occurs during transport.

3.1. After the return period?

We do not accept returns of unwanted goods after the return period above. If you try to return anyway, we may need to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover delivery costs.

 

4. Condition of the Goods and Returns

You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the product. This means that you have to try the item the same way as if you traded in a physical store.

If the item is tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that by regretting the purchase you get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to By Wonder Ltd to assess the condition of the product.

Should you have regretted your purchase – but not used or tested products, of course we refund the products within 90 days. Here, however, we do not refund the freight, it is your responsibility.

4.1. We cover

Should a manufacturing error, material error or other errors have occurred that you can prove were present at the time of purchase, By Wonder Ltd would of course like to exchange the product – even after the 90 days of return. However, in most cases we would like the product back for approaching control. See the information about the right of advertising above.

 

5. How to return

  1. Prepare your package
  2. Please fill this Cancellation Formand put in the package
  3. Buy a return cable or return code and put / write on your package (remember to get a portobject)

6. Your responsibility when returning

Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are properly packed in and cannot be harmed along the way. Since the package is your responsibility until it reaches us, you also have to make sure you get a porter, in case you have to contact us regarding your return.

6.1. What happens if I forgot to include my Cancellation Form?

I mange tilfælde ville vi ikke kunne spore hvor pakken kommer fra. Vi opbevarer din pakke, hvor du altid kan kontakte os og eftersende din returneringsseddel på info@hocl.fk. Bemærk dog, at den 90 dages fortrydelsesret stadig tæller, hvorved vi ved henvendelse efter de 90 dage, vil sende pakken retur til dig.

7 Refund

Hvis du fortryder dit køb, får du dine penge tilbage. Hvis varen er værdiforringet, fratrækker vi det beløb, du hæfter for.

Vi refunderer alle betalinger modtaget fra dig, herunder leveringsomkostninger (det gælder dog ikke ekstra leveringsomkostninger i de tilfælde, hvor du har valgt en anden leveringsform, end den billigste form for standardlevering, som vi tilbyder), senest 14 dage fra den dag, hvor vi har modtaget din besked om, at du vil fortryde aftalen.

Vi tilbagefører pengene med samme betalingsmiddel, som du benyttede ved købet, medmindre vi har aftalt andet.

Vi kan tilbageholde betalingen indtil vi har modtaget varen, med mindre du sender os dokumentation for at have returneret den.

 

8. My order has been returned

Skulle det ske, at du ikke fik afhentet din ordre i pakkeshoppen i tide, ikke har taget i mod den på hjemmeadressen eller du har oplyst forkerte forsendelsesinformationer -ses skylden som din. Pakken vil blive sendt retur til By Wonder Ltd. Hvis du undlader at hente en pakke i pakkeshop og denne sendes retur til os, skal du betale de reelle omkostninger, som fragtfirmaet pålægger os for returforsendelsen. Her tilbyder vi at sende pakken retur til dig igen, mod at du betaler fragtomkostningerne. Ligeledes fratager vi os ansvar, hvis du ikke har modtaget oplysninger omkring din pakke fra leveringsvirksomheden.
