Terms and conditions for House Of Wonder

These terms and conditions apply to the website and the products sold and offered on the website. By using the website, or purchasing products from House Of Wonder ApS, you thereby accept the terms and agree to be bound by these terms. 2. Payment

House Of Wonder ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal. Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

House Of Wonder ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is safe and cannot be read by other outsiders.

House Of Wonder ApS’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

3. Placing an order

Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. House Of Wonder ApS therefore has the option to cancel your order as a result of printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations. A binding order confirmation/invoice will only be sent to you when we have shipped the goods you have ordered. Once you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating which items you have ordered. This is only an electronic receipt for the receipt of your order. Please note that the automatic reply (via email) is not a legally binding order confirmation, whereby a contract is concluded.

The agreement is only binding when you have received an e-mail from House Of Wonder Aps informing you that we have shipped the item. No money will be deducted from your account until you have received a confirmation and the item has been shipped. House Of Wonder Aps will keep a copy of the agreement, which will be forwarded upon request.

3.1. Reservation of the purchase price

If you use an international payment card such as Visa or MasterCard, the amount is automatically reserved in your account once you have approved the payment. If you subsequently cancel your purchase, the reservation will be released as soon as possible. It is the provider of your payment card that determines whether the amount is reserved on your account when you approve the payment on It is also up to the provider to decide when a reserved amount is released again if the purchase is canceled. Please refer to the agreement with your card issuer for further information.

4. Delivery

Delivery time for your order: 2-8 business days
Note! That there may be longer delivery time outside Denmark

House Of Wonder ApS sends orders with the following delivery company and type:

  • DAO – Denmark you can choose between:
    • Parcel shop 49,- (free shipping on orders over 500,-)
    • Home delivery 69,-
  • DAO – Outside Denmark – to home delivery or parcel shop (if possible)
  • Post Nord delivery to Greenland, Faroe Islands, Iceland
  • UPS countries outside the EU

5 Right of complaint

There is a 90-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods.

House Of Wonder ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent. The right to complain does not apply to damage or defects caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. NOTE: You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal by simply refusing to accept the goods or by failing to pick them up from the carrier.

5.1. Reimbursement

For refunds, please contact us at

House Of Wonder ApS pays for the postage to a reasonable extent, which is either via return label or extra refund. The item must be returned together with the return form which is thoroughly filled out and possibly a copy of the receipt.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

5.2. Right of withdrawal

There is a 90-day full return policy on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 90-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. You must notify us of your wish to cancel no later than 90 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 15 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

5.2.1. After the return period?

We do not accept returns of unwanted items after the return period above. If you try to return it anyway, we may have to send it back to your standard delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

5.3. Product condition and returns

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you can try the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to House Of Wonder ApS to assess the condition of the goods. House Of Wonder will also assess the refund of shipping costs.

5.3.1. Exchanging the product

Should a manufacturing defect, material defect or other defects that you can prove were present at the time of purchase have occurred, House Of Wonder ApS will of course gladly exchange the product – even after the 90-day return period.

5.3.2. Exceptions to the warranty

The right to complain does not apply to damage or defects caused by incorrect or inappropriate use, accidents and normal wear and tear.

5.4. Your responsibility when returning

Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are properly wrapped and cannot be damaged in transit. As the package is your responsibility until it reaches us, you should also make sure you get a proof of postage in case you need to contact us regarding your return.

If you have returned your package, it may take up to 15 days for your package to arrive at our warehouse.

5.4.1. What happens if I forgot to include my return slip?

In many cases, we would not be able to trace where the package comes from. We will keep your package for 30 days from receipt, during which time you can always contact us and forward your return slip at

5.5. When will I get my refund or replacement?

It can take up to 15 days for your return to arrive at our warehouse and be processed.

5.5.1. Refund

This can take up to 10 business days depending on your payment provider and we cannot speed up the process. If the money is not visible in your account after 10 business days, please contact our customer service right here and we’ll look into it for you.

5.5.2. Replacement

As soon as we have processed your return, we will create a new order for you and send it out. Include the additional delivery time of 2-8 business days. If you have not received your compensation within 20 days, please contact our customer service right here and we’ll look into it for you.

5.6. My order has been returned

Should it happen that you did not pick up your order in the parcel shop in time or you have provided incorrect shipping information, it will be returned to House Of Wonder ApS. In this case, we offer to send the package back to you again, with you paying the shipping costs. We also disclaim liability if you have not received information about your package from the delivery company.

If your package is returned to us and you don’t want it anyway, a fee of 49kr in lost freight and administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We always follow the guidelines set out in our terms and conditions.

6.1. Return policy

We comply with and follow all rules for returns, right of withdrawal and refunds as described in our Return Policy .

6.2. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be settled by the Court in Odense as the venue. By using our services, you agree that all disputes shall be handled accordingly.

6.3. Burden of proof

For complaints, the burden of proof lies with you – the customer. This means that you must be able to prove that the product had a defect upon delivery or developed a fault within the warranty period. We recommend saving the item, receipts and other relevant documentation to support your claim, including pictures, a detailed description of the problem and any correspondence with us regarding the fault. If you have any doubts or questions, we encourage you to contact our customer service for guidance.

7. Customer & Privacy Policy

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer database.

You can have your data deleted at any time. In order for you to enter into an agreement with House Of Wonder ApS, we need the following information:

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you. The personal data is registered with House Of Wonder ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent so that you are informed of exactly what data is being collected and why.

The director and employees of House Of Wonder ApS have access to the information registered about you. We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted. As registered with House Of Wonder ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this connection should be directed to

7.1. Cookies

Cookies are used on for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit as easy as possible for you. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, how depends on your browser.

7.2. Log statistics

We use log statistics on, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave etc. The log statistics are only used for the purpose of optimizing the website.

9. Reservations and disclaimers

House Of Wonder Aps makes reservations for any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors and out-of-stock items, including labor disputes and defects due to delayed deliveries from subcontractors and delivery companies.

9.1. Force Majeure

9.1.1. House Of Wonder shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

9.1.2. Force majeure includes any event, act, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

  • Lockouts, strikes or other industrial action;
  • Terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat or preparation for war, civil unrest, invasion or insurrection;
  • Fire, storm, explosion, earthquake, flood, epidemics or other natural disasters;
  • Impossibility of using rail, air, sea, automobile or other forms of public or private transportation; and
  • Impossibility of using public or private telecom networks.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions unilaterally from time to time without prior notice. Changes will come into force with immediate effect after publication on our website.
