Right of withdrawal

Goods purchased on the website (when you shop with us as a user) are fully refundable for 90 days unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 90-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. You must notify us of your wish to cancel within 90 days of delivery and return it to us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

You must pay for the return of the package yourself and you are liable if any damage occurs during transportation.

Wish to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email info@hocl.dk. The notification must clearly state your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. When returning goods, please use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of these terms and conditions or via this link: Cancellation form

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us.

No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be undone:

Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Delivery of gift wrapping that has been delivered, where you have previously accepted that the service is started, and your right of withdrawal is thus lost.

After the return period?

We do not accept returns of unwanted items after the return period above. If you try to return it anyway, we may have to send it back to your standard delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Satisfaction guarantee 

In addition to the above right of withdrawal, we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. The satisfaction guarantee means that you can return the product and get your money back if you are not satisfied with our product, regardless of whether the product has been used. To make use of your satisfaction guarantee, you must notify us within 90 days of receipt that you do not want the item and that it is the satisfaction guarantee you are utilizing. You must pay for returning the item yourself and the item must be returned no later than 14 days after you have notified us. Once we have received the product back, we will refund the purchase amount.
