How does it work?

Imagine you’re walking on a soft, cushioned surface instead of a hard floor. As you step down, your weight pushes the water forward under your foot – and when you step off, the water slides back. This natural movement distributes pressure underfoot and relieves pressure on vulnerable areas such as the heel, forefoot and arch. Thus, the slightest change in foot load will immediately set the water in motion and the precisely placed fluid brakes ensure that the water circulates at the right speed. This is experienced as a pleasant foot massage.

Relief and cushioning in every movement

Cleaning:

The insert is washed in normal detergent (preferably in a laundry bag) at a temperature of 30 – max. 40 degrees.

The size of the shoe insert:

The length of the insole should match the foot in such a way that there is no water under the toes. Place the insert in the shoe so that the gray velour surface is facing upwards towards the sole of the foot and that it is also firmly against the heel. Even though the insole is shorter than the shoe, it stays in place without giving in the shoe.

Adaptation to the shoe:

Before using the insole, the shoe should be carefully cleaned of objects that could damage the insole.

The size of the insole fits two shoe sizes as there are two closed areas at the tip of the toe – without water. The front area of the insole can be adjusted to the size of the shoe with scissors. The insole must lie flat and smooth in the shoe; there must be no creases in the insole after it is placed in the shoe. With open shoes, such as slippers and clogs, it is advisable to attach the insert with double-sided tape at the heel. When the insole is used for the first time, a flow may occur, but this will cease completely after a short period of use.
